Organisers Announce First 1 km Dragon Boat Race in Hong Kong

4 May 09: Organisers of the Laracy Gall Lamma International Dragon Boat Festival 2009, also known as the ‘Lamma 500’, being staged this weekend at Tai Wan To Beach, Yung Shu Wan, Lamma Island, HK revealed today that a special one-kilometre dragon boat race would be held during the Festival.
